# BIOCYTOGEN plans to spend no more than 50 million on repurchases within the next 24 months

> BIOCYTOGEN-B announced that within the next 24 months, it plans to use no more than 50 million yuan of internal self-owned funds to purchase and/or repurchase H shares. The company may cancel the repurchased shares or hold them as treasury shares based on market conditions and capital management needs, as well as use the purchase of H shares to fulfill share rewards

BIOCYTOGEN-B (02315.HK) announced that within the next 24 months, it plans to use no more than 50 million yuan of internal funds to purchase and/or repurchase H shares. The company may cancel the repurchased shares or hold them as treasury shares based on market conditions and capital management needs, as well as use the purchased H shares to fulfill share awards
