According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OCT (000069.SZ) announced that in May 2025, the company achieved a contracted sales area of 118,000 square meters, an increase of 11% year-on-year and an increase of 1% compared to April; the contracted sales amount was 1.89 billion yuan, an increase of 12% year-on-year and an increase of 6% compared to April.
