# CENTRAL DEV H issued a profit warning, expecting an annual net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 17.3 million to HKD 19 million

> CENTRAL DEV H issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 17.3 million to HKD 19 million for the year ending March 31, 2025, a decrease from HKD 31.1 million in the previous year. The reduction in loss is mainly due to the fair value changes of convertible bond derivative financial instruments, which shifted from a fair value loss in the previous year to a fair value gain in the current year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CENTRAL DEV H (00475) announced that, compared to the net loss attributable to the company's owners of approximately HKD 31.1 million for the year ended March 31, 2024 (the previous year), the group expects to achieve a net loss attributable to the company's owners of approximately HKD 17.3 million to HKD 19 million for the year ending March 31, 2025, subject to review by the company's independent external auditor. The expected reduction in loss is mainly attributed to the fair value changes of the company's convertible bond derivative financial instruments, which shifted from a fair value loss in the previous year to a fair value gain in the current year
