# TAILIN BIOTECH: Increased capital by 109 million yuan to wholly-owned subsidiary

TAILIN BIOTECH announced that the company will hold the eighth meeting of the fourth board of directors on June 13, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on using raised funds to increase capital for its wholly-owned subsidiary. To meet the funding needs of the new project "High-Performance Filter and Supporting Functional Membrane Industrialization Project," the company agrees to use the remaining raised funds of 109 million yuan, along with bank interest income and investment returns, to increase capital for its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Tailin New Materials Co., Ltd., of which 90 million yuan will be included in the registered capital, and the remaining amount will be included in the capital reserve. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Tailin New Materials will change from 10 million yuan to 100 million yuan, and it will still be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company
