BAOTI announced that its controlling shareholder, BAOTI Group, implemented its first increase in holdings on June 13, 2025, through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system via centralized bidding, acquiring a total of 500,000 A-shares of the company, accounting for approximately 0.104651% of the company's total share capital, corresponding to an increase amount of 14.9643 million yuan. Before the increase, BAOTI Group held a total of 228 million shares of the company, accounting for 47.77% of the company's total share capital; after the completion of the first increase, BAOTI Group held a total of 229 million shares of the company, accounting for 47.87% of the company's total share capital. The planned implementation period for the increase is from April 11, 2025, to October 10, 2025, with an increase amount of no less than 150 million yuan and no more than 300 million yuan, and the increase ratio of no less than 1% and no more than 2% of the company's total share capital
