JSNE: Mr. Chen Hua elected as the company's chairman

JSNE announced that the company will hold the ninth meeting of the fourth board of directors on June 13, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the election of the company's chairman. Mr. Chen Hua was elected as the chairman of the fourth board of directors, with a term starting from the date of the board's approval until the end of the fourth board's term. Mr. Chen Hua, born in December 1974, previously served as the deputy director of the Comprehensive Section of the General Office of the JuRong Municipal Committee of Jiangsu Province and the deputy director of the General Office of the JuRong Municipal Committee. He is currently the general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee of the company
