# XFH plans to invest in the establishment of Xiangzhan New Materials to meet future business development needs

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XFH (300890.SZ) has announced that, in accordance with the company's strategic planning and operational development needs, it intends to invest RMB 6 million with its own funds to establish Sichuan Xiangzhan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xiangzhan New Materials"), holding a 60% stake. Xiangzhan New Materials will become a subsidiary controlled by the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
