Jianan Electronics announced that the company, along with Fu Zhuo and Lu Peixin, plans to jointly invest in the establishment of Zhejiang Jianeng International Development Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Jianan Electronics will contribute 5.1 million yuan, accounting for 51.00% of the registered capital, Fu Zhuo will contribute 2.5 million yuan, accounting for 25.00%, and Lu Peixin will contribute 2.4 million yuan, accounting for 24.00%. The joint venture will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements and will become a subsidiary of the company
