According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jilin OLED (688378.SH) announced that the company plans to issue shares to specific targets through a simplified procedure, raising a total of no more than 300 million yuan (including the principal). The net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance costs will be used for the OLED display core material PSPI material production base project and to supplement working capital
