According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XUELONG (603949.SH) announced that one of its actual controllers, He Cailin, intends to reduce his holdings in the company through centralized bidding and block trading due to personal funding needs, totaling no more than 6.3341 million shares, which does not exceed 3% of the total shares of the company
