# HUITIAN THERMAL POWER: Plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary with an investment of 734 million yuan

HUITIAN THERMAL POWER announced that the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, "Shenyang Quansheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd.," in Shenyang City with its own funds of 734 million yuan, accounting for 100% of Quansheng Company's registered capital. This external investment does not constitute a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. The company's board of directors' strategic decision-making committee held a special meeting in advance to review and approve the aforementioned external investment matters, which have been submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for voting. After the establishment of Quansheng Company, various procedures will be handled by this company to promote the preliminary and engineering construction progress of the Quansheng Thermal Power project. The source of this investment fund is the company's own funds and will not adversely affect the company's financial and operational status
