# RINGPU plans to transfer 48.4213% equity of its controlling subsidiary Zhong'an Biotechnology for 115 million yuan

According to the announcement from RINGPU (300119.SZ), the company plans to transfer 48.4213% of its equity in its controlling subsidiary Hunan Zhong'an Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhong'an Biopharmaceutical") to Jiangxi Twin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Twin Biotechnology"). This transaction involves the fundraising project "Zhong'an Biopharmaceutical Expansion and Renovation Project" undertaken by Zhong'an Biopharmaceutical, with a transfer price of 115 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 20% of the equity in Zhong'an Biopharmaceutical, and Zhong'an Biopharmaceutical will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
