# Two directors and executives of TJT plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 79,300 shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TJT (002977.SZ) announced that Ms. Chen Tao, a director and senior executive, plans to reduce her holdings in the company by no more than 42,000 shares (i.e., no more than 0.0350% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from July 7, 2025, to October 6, 2025, and no reduction during the window period).

Mr. He Jian, a director and senior executive, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 37,300 shares (i.e., no more than 0.0310% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from July 7, 2025, to October 6, 2025, and no reduction during the window period)
