# HORIZON's Yu Kai responds to whether he wants to become Yu Bus: No interest at all

> HORIZON's founder and CEO Richard Yu stated at the 17th Xuanyuan Automotive Blue Book Forum in 2025 that among traditional car manufacturers in China, 20% of company CEOs have the potential to become the next Steve Jobs, and may even become the next Elon Musk. "Whether it's new forces or old forces, I am very optimistic that China can produce a Steve Jobs." When asked if he has any desire to become "Yu Jobs," Richard Yu bluntly said, "I have no interest at all. I just want to do well in my supplier business."
