According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Goldmye Inc. (301052.SZ) announced that the company's Vice President Mr. Liu Fang has submitted a "Shareholder Reduction Plan Notification Letter." He plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 50,500 shares (not exceeding 0.05% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement date (from July 7, 2025, to October 6, 2025)
