According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BLIIC (300135.SZ) announced that its shareholder Zhou Dehong plans to reduce his holdings in the company by a total of no more than 27.468 million shares (accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital after deducting the shares in the repurchase account) through centralized bidding and block trading from July 7, 2025, to October 4, 2025
