# Strong partnership! YUFENGCHANG HLD and Hainan Yedao Group embark on a new journey for herbal sauce-flavored liquor

According to Zhitong Finance APP, recently, YUFENGCHANG HLD (08631) reached a strategic cooperation with Hainan Yedao Group (600238.SH) under Guizhou Liquor Industry to jointly enter the herbal sauce-flavored liquor market. This cooperation is mainly based on the changes in China's population structure and the trend of health consumption upgrades, targeting the core consumer groups aged 40 and above (approximately 670 million people) and 50 and above (approximately 490 million people), aiming to integrate the advantageous resources of both parties in supply chain, branding, research and development, and marketing to promote the upgrade of the sauce liquor industry towards health and differentiation.

The two parties will use the Yedao parent brand as the foundation, with "YUFENGCHANG" and "Diao Tai Liang Xiang" as the core series brands, to create mid-to-high-end and specialty product lines, focusing on the development of differentiated products such as persimmon sauce liquor, American ginseng sauce liquor, and Gastrodia sauce liquor, and relying on the unique resources of the Qinling Mountains to build a new business model of "healthy sauce liquor + health experience." In addition, Hainan Yedao Guizhou Liquor Industry will be responsible for production, and both parties will jointly develop exclusive herbal sauce liquor formulas to enhance product competitiveness.

In terms of market promotion, the cooperation will fully leverage the dual endorsement advantages of "joint production by listed companies + time-honored Chinese brands" and capitalize on the IP influence of spokesperson Wang Deshun. This cross-industry cooperation is expected to break the traditional sauce liquor market pattern and open up a new growth pole in the "healthy sauce liquor" sub-sector
