# ZHUJIANG BREWERY elects Huang Wensheng as chairman

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhujiang Brewery (002461.SZ) announced that on June 16, 2025, the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Mr. Wang Zhibin, the chairman of the company. Due to reaching retirement age, Mr. Wang Zhibin applied to resign from his positions as a director, chairman, and chairman of the board's strategic committee, as well as a member of the nomination committee. After the resignation takes effect, Mr. Wang Zhibin will no longer hold any position in the company.

The company's board of directors elected Mr. Huang Wensheng as the chairman of the fourth board of directors, with a term starting from the date this proposal is approved until the re-election of the fourth board of directors
