# Newtouch: Application for Issuance of A Shares to Specific Objects Accepted

Newtouch announced that on June 13, 2025, the company received a notification from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of securities for the listing of Shanghai Newtouch Software Co., Ltd. on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board.
