Baoyuan Investment has pledged the 6.0606 million unrestricted shares to Nanjing Bank Gaochun Branch for financing, with the pledge rights expiring on June 15, 2026. As of the announcement date, Baoyuan Investment holds 145 million shares in the company, accounting for 19.66% of the company's total share capital, of which 57.9606 million shares have been registered for pledge, accounting for 40.09% of the total shares held and 7.88% of the company's total share capital
