# Gansu Energy: The 1 million kilowatt integrated wind and solar power project in Minqin has been approved (filed)

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Gansu Energy (000791.SZ) announced that it recently received a notification forwarded by the Minqin Company regarding the "Notice on the Approval of the 500,000-kilowatt Wind Power Project of the 1,000,000-kilowatt Wind-Solar Integrated Project in Minqin County (Min Fa Gai Fa \[2025\] No. 71)" and the "Gansu Province Investment Project Credit Filing Certificate (Filing No.: Wuwei City Development and Reform Commission Energy and Environmental Resources Section Filing \[2025\] No. 119)." The 1,000,000-kilowatt Wind-Solar Integrated Project in Minqin has been approved (filed). The installed capacity of the 1,000,000-kilowatt Wind-Solar Integrated Project reaches more than 10% of the company's controlled installed capacity that has generated electricity by the end of 2024. According to the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 3 - Industry Information Disclosure," the company is required to announce the new approval (filing) situation
