# XACIG signed a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding with Petronas

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XACIG (600596.SH) announced that the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Strategic Cooperation in writing with Petronas at the Petronas headquarters in the Petronas Twin Towers on June 14, 2025.

Both parties agreed to explore potential cooperation opportunities for joint production and marketing of downstream specialty products and solution facilities for silicone in the global market, specifically in China and Southeast Asia. They will also explore potential cooperation opportunities in any other fields, not limited to the aforementioned scope
