The company will invest in the production of film and television dramas and grant Mango TV the agreed authorization, allowing Mango TV to obtain the corresponding authorization within the authorization period and exercise related rights as stipulated in the agreement. The relevant agreement was signed recently. The total amount of the signed contract is 372 million yuan
