According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ATCDI (603357.SH) has received a reply from the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the approval of Anhui Provincial Transportation Planning and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. to publicly issue corporate bonds for technological innovation to professional investors. The company is approved to publicly issue a total nominal amount of no more than 1 billion yuan in corporate bonds for technological innovation
