(referred to as "Shenghong Technology") and its concerted action party, Shenghong (Suzhou) Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenghong Suzhou"), which holds more than 5% of the shares, plan to increase their holdings of the company's A-shares through centralized bidding on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange within 6 months from the date of this announcement. The amount of this increase will not be less than RMB 500 million and not exceed RMB 1 billion
