# HLADI plans to build a smart ecological design R&D headquarters in Yuhang District

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Hangzhou Garden (300649.SZ) stated that the company's board of directors and supervisory board have approved the proposal to purchase land use rights and build a smart ecological design R&D headquarters. The board of directors agreed to use self-owned or raised funds to purchase land use rights in Yuhang District and construct the smart ecological design R&D headquarters, with a total project investment not exceeding 450 million yuan, and authorized the management team to handle related matters.

The land intended for purchase is located in Yuhang District (Plot 82 of Hangzhou Future Technology City), bordered to the east by the Tianzhuqiao Port river green space, to the south by the Gujiqiao Port river green space, to the west by the green space on the east side of Ju Cheng Road, and to the north by planned green space. The area for transfer is 20,062 square meters. The company's plan to purchase land use rights to build the smart ecological design R&D headquarters aims to leverage regional potential, transform development momentum, and create a digital innovation empowerment development platform for Hangzhou Garden centered on empowering traditional design with technology through "digital + ecological" initiatives
