Maxonic announced that the share reduction plan of its shareholder Zunwei Trading (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, has been completed. Zunwei Trading reduced its holdings by 1.2 million shares through centralized bidding from May 26, 2025, to June 12, 2025, with an average reduction price of 8.45 yuan, accounting for 0.41% of the company's total share capital at that time. After the reduction, Zunwei Trading holds 14.5786 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.99% of the company's total share capital. This reduction complies with relevant laws and regulations and does not affect the company's control and governance structure
