According to the Zhitong Finance APP, QC SOLAR (301278.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Chengdu Fuyin De Xingyu Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Chengdu Fuyin De Xingyu”) plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.7956 million shares (not exceeding 2.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date of this reduction plan
