According to the Zhitong Finance APP, POCO (300811.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen POCO Tiancheng Investment Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "POCO Tiancheng") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.9174 million shares, or no more than 1.01% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement through centralized bidding or block trading
