# GUDOU HLDGS plans to issue 120 million new shares at a discount of approximately 6.45%, raising about HKD 6.8 million net

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GUDOU HLDGS (08308) announced that on June 16, 2025, the company plans to issue 120 million new shares to Deng Junhao, with a subscription price of HKD 0.058 per share, representing a discount of approximately 6.45% compared to the closing price of HKD 0.062 per share on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the date of the subscription agreement.

Assuming all subscription shares are successfully issued, the net proceeds from the subscription will be approximately HKD 6.8 million. 50% will be used to fulfill the capital contribution obligations of a Chinese subsidiary of the company, and 50% will be used for the group's general working capital
