According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KUANGSHUN MATERIAL (300537.SZ) announced that on June 16, 2025, it received the "Approval on Jiangsu Kuangshun Photosensitive New Materials Co., Ltd. to Issue Stocks to Specific Objects" (Zheng Jian Xu Ke [2025] No. 1243) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, approving the company's registration application for issuing stocks to specific objects
