# UNCOMP's actual controller Liu Jun proposed to spend 10 million to 20 million yuan for a buyback

According to the announcement from the Zhitong Finance APP, UNICOMP (688531.SH) stated that the company's chairman and actual controller, Mr. Liu Jun, proposed that the company repurchase a portion of its issued A-shares through centralized bidding trading. The repurchased shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives at an appropriate time in the future. The funds for the repurchase will come from the company's own funds. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will not be less than RMB 10 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 20 million (inclusive); the repurchase period will be 12 months from the date the company's board of directors approves the repurchase plan
