# Vazyme's actual controller, Cao Lin, proposed to spend between 5 million to 10 million yuan to implement a share repurchase

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Vazyme (688105.SH) announced that Mr. Cao Lin, the chairman, general manager, and actual controller of the company, proposed that the company repurchase some of its shares through centralized bidding trading for the purpose of the company's equity incentive or employee stock ownership plan. The total amount of funds for the repurchase of shares shall not be less than RMB 5 million (inclusive) and shall not exceed RMB 10 million (inclusive); the repurchase price of the shares shall not exceed RMB 30 per share (inclusive). The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date the company's board of directors approves the repurchase plan
