# Wenergy Co., Ltd.: Implementation of the 2024 dividend distribution, distributing 3.19 yuan for every 10 shares

Wenergy Co., Ltd. announced that the profit distribution plan for the year 2024 has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. The specific plan is as follows: based on the company's existing total share capital of 2.267 billion shares, a cash dividend of RMB 3.19 will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling a cash dividend of RMB 723 million. The equity registration date for this distribution is June 24, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is June 25, 2025. The recipients of the dividend will be all shareholders registered with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch after the market closes on June 24, 2025
