# Original has been subjected to arbitration, with the amount involved exceeding 144 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Original (603991.SH) announced that the company recently received an arbitration notice from the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court ((2025) Shen Guo Zhong She Wai Shou 6256). The applicant, SUCCESS FACTORS LIMITED, submitted an arbitration application to the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court regarding a dispute over equity transfer with the company. After review, the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court decided to accept the case. The case has not yet been heard. The arbitration applicant has requested the company to pay RMB 144 million and related fees such as overdue payment interest, attorney fees, preservation fees, and property preservation liability insurance fees
