According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SUTPC (301091.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Shenzhen Shenyuan Transportation Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenyuan Investment"), will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 2.857 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from June 9, 2025, to June 16, 2025, with a change ratio of 0.7044%
