According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JingPinTeZhuang (688084.SH) announced that the company's actual controller and chairman, Mr. Chen Bo, suggested that the company use part of the oversubscribed funds to implement a share repurchase through centralized bidding. The repurchased shares will be fully used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive plan at an appropriate time in the future.
