# Zuming Bean plans to sell a 50.83% stake in Zuming Xiangxiang

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zuming Bean (003030.SZ) announced that the company recently signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement of Beijing Zuming Xiangxiang Bean Products Co., Ltd." and the "Contract Termination Agreement" with Beijing Xiangxiang Weiyi Food Factory and its concerted parties ("Partners"). From the date of signing the above agreements, all contracts, agreements, and other legal documents signed by the partners regarding project cooperation are fully terminated or dissolved. Each party will transfer 50.83% of the equity held by the company in Beijing Zuming Xiangxiang Bean Products Co., Ltd. ("Zuming Xiangxiang") to the partners as agreed. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Zuming Xiangxiang, and Zuming Xiangxiang will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
