# LEAGUER plans to participate in the establishment of the Hubei LEAGUER Yangtze River Technology Innovation Supply Chain Investment Fund

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LEAGUER (002243.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors and supervisory board reviewed and approved the proposal on "Joint Investment with Professional Investment Institutions to Establish a Venture Capital Fund." It was agreed that the wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen LEAGUER Venture Capital Co., Ltd. would invest 5 million yuan, the controlling subsidiary Hubei Yangtze LEAGUER Technology Innovation Co., Ltd. would invest 5 million yuan, and the company would invest 95 million yuan to jointly initiate the establishment of the Hubei LEAGUER Yangtze Technology Innovation Supply Chain Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name), with a fund size of 500 million yuan, and no further fundraising will be conducted. The fund will focus on investing in strategic emerging industries and advantageous industries in Hubei Province, such as optoelectronic information and biomedicine, aiming to enhance industrial capabilities, cultivate new development advantages, and promote the formation of advantageous industrial clusters
