# Changhua plans to grant no more than 1.0397 million restricted shares at a grant price of 10.96 yuan per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Changhua (301518.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, in which the company plans to grant no more than 1,039,718 shares of the second category of restricted stock to the incentive recipients (including an initial grant of 953,000 shares and a reserved grant of 86,718 shares). The grant price for the second category of restricted stock is set at 10.96 yuan per share. The total number of recipients for the initial grant is 89, and the reserved recipients will be determined within 12 months after this incentive plan is approved by the shareholders' meeting.

In this equity incentive plan, the validity period of the second category of restricted stock is from the date of grant until all of the second category of restricted stock granted to the incentive recipients has fully vested or become invalid, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months
