CMPort announced that the company's dividend distribution plan for the year 2024 has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. The specific plan is as follows: based on the existing total share capital of 2.502 billion shares, excluding the repurchased A shares of 15.2426 million shares, the base is 2.486 billion shares, with a cash dividend of 7.4 yuan for every 10 shares. The record date for the A-share dividend distribution is June 24, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is June 25, 2025; the last trading day for B shares is June 24, 2025, the ex-dividend date is June 25, 2025, and the record date is June 27, 2025. The total actual cash dividend amounts to 1.84 billion yuan, of which the total cash dividend for A shares is 1.707 billion yuan
