# BOE plans to acquire a 30% stake in CDD to continue consolidating and expanding its competitive advantage

According to the announcement from BOE A (000725.SZ), CDD intends to sell its 30% equity stake in Xianyang Rainbow Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Rainbow Optoelectronics" or "Target Company"). In line with the company's development strategy and to seize opportunities for industrial integration and evolution, the company plans to acquire the aforementioned 30% equity stake. The listing price for this transaction is set at 4.849 billion yuan.
