# DEXPO plans to dispose of no more than 800 million yuan of existing financial assets

According to the announcement from DEXPO (600826.SH), in response to changes in the securities market in 2025, and under the principle of actively and steadily adjusting the structure of existing financial assets while ensuring that investment risks are controllable and do not affect the normal operation of the company, the company will carry out management operations for the disposal of existing financial assets. The board of directors has agreed to authorize the management to dispose of existing financial assets not exceeding 800 million yuan (inclusive), with the authorization period lasting for 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors.

As of May 31, 2025, the financial assets held by the company (including its subsidiaries) include stocks, funds, etc., with a total market value of approximately 2.267 billion yuan
