# Aspial's CEO spent over 13.6 million yuan to increase shareholding last Friday

Aspial (01346.HK) Executive Director and CEO William Chan purchased a total of 12.3 million shares of the company in the open market last Friday (13th) at an average price of approximately HKD 1.1069 per share, for a total cost of HKD 13.615 million.

As of today (17th), the Chan family holds 17.094 million shares of the company, accounting for approximately 2.67% of the total issued shares
