# NEO: The holding shareholder and concerted parties' shareholding increase plan has passed the halfway mark

NEO announced that the shareholding increase plan of its controlling shareholder, Northeast Optoelectronics Group Co., Ltd., and its concerted party, Zhongbing Investment Management Co., Ltd., has passed the halfway mark. As of June 18, 2025, the Optoelectronics Group and Zhongbing Investment have cumulatively increased their holdings of the company's stock by 3.3622 million shares, accounting for 0.66% of the company's total share capital, with a total transaction amount of 38.752 million yuan. Among them, the Optoelectronics Group increased its holdings by 1.9204 million shares, approximately 0.38% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction amount of 22.4248 million yuan; Zhongbing Investment increased its holdings by 1.4418 million shares, approximately 0.28% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction amount of 16.3271 million yuan. The implementation of the shareholding increase plan has not reached 50% of the planned amount. Based on confidence in the company's continued healthy development and recognition of its value, the Optoelectronics Group and Zhongbing Investment will continue to implement the shareholding increase plan
