CEC CORECAST announced that its shareholder, China Shipbuilding Investment Management Co., Ltd., has been merged by its parent company, CSSCSTC. 26,355,600 shares of the company have been transferred to CSSCSTC. CSSCSTC has become a concerted actor holding 3.71% of the shares, while China Shipbuilding Investment Management Co., Ltd. no longer holds any shares
