# Huaxicun: Implementation of dividend distribution for the year 2024, with a cash dividend of 0.2 yuan for every 10 shares

Huaxicun announced that the profit distribution plan for the year 2024 has been approved by the shareholders' meeting for the year 2025. The specific distribution plan is as follows: based on a total share capital of 886 million shares as of December 31, 2024, a cash dividend of 0.2 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders. This distribution will not include any bonus shares or capital reserve fund conversion into share capital. The dividend entitlement date is June 25, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is June 26, 2025
