TJ: HaiTai Semiconductor plans to sign the fourth phase backend service contract with SK Hynix

TJ announced that its holding subsidiary HaiTai Semiconductor intends to sign the "Fourth Phase Backend Service Contract" with SK Hynix to provide semiconductor backend services, using a "full cost + agreed profit" profit model. The contract period is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TJ (600667.SH) announced that its holding subsidiary, Haita Semiconductor (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haita Semiconductor"), intends to sign the "Fourth Phase Back-End Service Contract" with SK Hynix Inc. (referred to as "SK Hynix") regarding back-end services, providing semiconductor back-end services to SK Hynix under a "full cost + agreed profit" profit model. The contract performance period is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030
