According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LTRQ (605368.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder, Henan Lantian Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lantian Group"), plans to increase its holdings of the company's A-shares through centralized bidding at an opportune time. Lantian Group intends to increase its holdings by no less than 100 million yuan and no more than 150 million yuan, with the number of shares to be increased not exceeding 2% of the current total share capital
