Suzhou Longjie announced that the company's directors and senior executives Guan Le, Wang Jianxin, He Xiaolin, and supervisor Ma Dongxian plan to reduce their holdings in the company due to personal funding needs, from July 11, 2025, to October 8, 2025, through centralized bidding transactions. Among them, Guan Le plans to reduce no more than 68,000 shares, accounting for 0.0314% of the company's total share capital; Wang Jianxin plans to reduce no more than 141,000 shares, accounting for 0.0652% of the company's total share capital; He Xiaolin plans to reduce no more than 720,000 shares, accounting for 0.3328% of the company's total share capital; Ma Dongxian plans to reduce no more than 3,100 shares, accounting for 0.0014% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices
